We went to peep Hotel Erwin’s Hash Restaurant on opening day with our pals Edizen and Alex of Venice Paparazzi and have to say it has some really good grub, since we ordered everything on the dinner menu and sampled all. We sat outside and were surprised that the low volume music really drowns out the noise of the street and it is a relaxed area to have dinner, except when guests checking in leave their engines running.
Fronted by Chef Micah Fields (who has worked at famed culinary establishments like Patina Group and Gordon Ramsay), Hash is billed as a modern take on “home-style” cooking inspired by seasonal, fresh and local ingredients. The breakfast menu can be seen here. Dinner for four will not be cheap, especially if you are getting your drink on, but the restaurant is located in a Hotel and as such the pricing is what it is.
