The French-Vietnamese “Le Cellier” winebar on Washington is having their official “grand opening” this Sunday while welcoming in the Vietnamese New Year (The Year of the Water Dragon). Attendees will get a free Appetizer when ordering a glass of wine.
Le Cellier is a joint venture between Mark of Hinano and the owners of China Beach which has been under “soft opening” since October. The opening menu is “after the jump”!
