B1 Breadshop on Abbot Kinney near Washington was supposed to changeover into a “European” restaurant called Pichet. But, over the last few months, on and off, chef Benadicto Gell has staged nights of his Mangú pop-up concept, and now the chef has reached a deal with the owners to make Mangu a permanent fixture in the B1 space. The new hours are Tues – Sat: Dinner service 6-11pm and Sun: Brunch service 10am-4pm
