The Superba Snack Bar will open on Thursday at 533 Rose Ave. The restaurant will be open starting at 5pm, with brunch and lunch hours to follow in the future.
This “modern take on a pastaria” is the first collaboration from Pitfire Pizza’s Paul Hibler and Chef Jason Neroni, formerly of Osteria La Buca.
