March 1st there is a hearing for 1305 S Abbot Kinney that is requesting the demolition of the existing 1,312 square foot building to make way for a 1,248 square foot building with interior seating for 31 patrons and outdoor seating for an additional 16. Proposed hours are 10am-12pm with six on site parking spaces on the 3,389 square foot lot. Google found no listing for the applicant Fran Carnaj, so we donno what is up anymore than we posted.
Edit: that was quick … a few friendly emails let it be known that this is the same owner of the building that houses Gjelina …
