Pretty sure you can find a cheaper garage in Bel Air or Brentwood to live in, but just in case any readers want to live in a converted garage in Venice with no bathroom in it for $1,800 a month, there is one available on Craigslist right now.
Our garage studio is available on a nightly or weekly or month to month basis. It sleeps up to four and includes a private bath (A short walk though our beautiful yard is necessary). We have never had any complaints : ) The entire property in enclosed, safe and private. There is wireless, Cable, A massive outdoor sanctuary. We will consider pets. We are a 1 minute walk to abbot kinney, and a ten minute walk to the beach.
