The New Year festivities have slowed and it is a brisk t-shirt and shorts kind of day in Venice so we are back to blogging in the New Year. Glad to be back! Good riddance to 2008 and let’s all have a wonderful 2009!
Lennar Family of Builders Pier Pointe Life looks like it should be getting finished somewhat soon after more than a year of construction converting an old CHIPS era office building into luxury condos. The building turned out looking much nicer than we had expected on the outside and inside there is going to be some ground floor retail space. According to Morgan McEvoy at broker Richard Ellis who helped put it all in place, the retail spaces at Pier Point will likely be the family owned “Dolce Cafe”, Canadian franchise Euphoria Juice, the franchised Wine Styles and six location Door to Door Cleaners.
