Competing Teams Will Vie for a Grand Prize of $15K
Inaugural Fly Without Limits 3×3 Wheelchair Basketball Tournament Set to Tip Off at Venice Beach
Fly Without Limits, a global social impact foundation founded by Paralympic gold medalist Matt Scott, will host its premier 3×3 wheelchair basketball tournament at the Venice Beach courts this weekend.
The inaugural tournament is scheduled to commence on Saturday, May 11, kicking off at 10 AM. The event will showcase the talents of 60 men and women para-athletes, organized into 20 teams of three. Notably, four of these athletes—Brian Bell, Steve Serio, Jake Williams, and Ixelt Gonzalez—will also represent Team USA at the Paralympic Games in Paris later this summer.
Competing teams will vie for a grand prize of $15,000.

Saturday, May 11:
- 8:30-9:30 AM – Open Shoot-Around
- 10:00 AM-12:00 PM – Games
- 12:30-1:00 PM – 3-Point Shootout
- 1:00-4:00 PM – Games
- 4:00-4:15 PM – Rolettes Performance
- 4:15-4:45 PM – Games
Sunday, May 12:
- 8:00-9:00 AM – Open Shoot-Around
- 9:00-11:00 AM – Games
- 11:00-11:30 AM – Semi-Final Games
- 11:30 AM-12:00 PM – Dunk Contest
