Out and about driving around we could not help but notice how many commercial properties are up for rent these days in Venice. We got reports back from a developer that leases are “very aggressive” these days and very flexible. From the looks of it, it is at least a dollar or more per square foot to rent on Abbot Kinney than it is to do so on Lincoln. Rents are also down at least a dollar a square foot or more compared to last year. Here are some current property listings around Venice on Ocean Front Walk, Abbot Kinney and Lincoln Boulevard that we got from LoopNet.
