After 9 years in business, Nitespa has been forced to close its doors at 490 Santa Clara (off of Abbot Kinney).
Nitespa will be joining fellow “priced out of Abbot Kinney” businesses Surfing Cowboys, French 50’s and 60s and Chocovivo and heading to “the new hotness” of Venice Blvd. in Mar Vista.
Nitespa’s new location will be at 12022 Venice Blvd (Suite D) near GrandView. They will be open for business on January 3rd from 12pm-10pm! Go check out the new place, we have been told it is awesome!
490 Santa Clara and 1301 Abbot Kinney, which were on the market for $4 million in October, were recently sold to Gjelina owner Fran Camaj.
The properties are adjacent to Camaj’s 1305 Abbot Kinney, which is presently being built into a new restaurant. Maybe Fran bought 490 Santa Clara and 1301 Abbot Kinney so that he will finally have a parking lot for all of his businesses!
As of now, Camaj is expected to use the bungalow at 490 Santa Clara as his new office space.
