The Venice Neighborhood Council will hold their monthly board meeting this evening at the Westminster Elementary School Auditorium from 6:30-9:30pm.
Highlights include a ceremonial welcoming of Councilman Mike Bonin and his Council District 11 (CD11) staff (6:55 pm), a request to have the Bicycle Path cleaned from Navy Street to Washington Blvd twice a week, signing off on the top proposed Community Improvement Projects and some Land Use and Planning discussion.
The Land Use and Planning Commission will hear about the proposed House of Pies at 1020 Venice Blvd, a proposed BevMo! at 4214 Lincoln (South of Washington), a full liquor license for Bay Market at 22 Washington, Beer and Wine sales at the Brickhouse Kitchen (826 Hampton) and a single family residence at 745 Amoroso Place.
