Shuttered: Axe Abbot Kinney

Well, maybe not .. check the update!

Closed after a fire on August 2nd of last year, Axe was set to be remodeled and re-opened. It now appears that Axe will not be coming back to 1009 Abbot Kinney, as the currently being remodeled space is now up for lease.

Total Space Available: 2,600 SF. Rental Rate: $12,300 /Month. $56.77 /SF/Year. Property Type: Retail. Property Sub-type: Restaurant. Building Size: 2,000 SF

Update: Ravi writes in that there was a June 6th ad on Craigslist for a restaurant manager for the soon to be reopened AXE. Last week when walking by, a worker at the building told me that AXE would not be returning to 1009 Abbot Kinney. More to follow when I hear back from AXE!

From The Knox Company:
