Description: ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPON (ADW) (likely to produce great bodily injury)
On May 17, 2011 at approx 9:15 pm suspect approached vict on the street and stated, “where you from fool”? Vict replied, “nowhere”. Susp then fired at vict with a handgun striking vict several times. Vict was transported to a local hospital where he is in stable condition.
Suspect was described as a male, black 35-40 years.
