New Memoir by Venice Resident Norman Ollestad

Venice Beach writer Norman Ollestad has recently released a memoir called “Crazy for the Storm” which chronicles his life with his father, the loss of his father in a harrowing plane crash in which Norman was the sole survivor and his recent role as a father himself.

Norman Ollestad
Norman is an all around nice guy as many of you in the neighborhood know and we are glad to see his life and words getting such warm reviews.

Here is the video teaser for the book:

The next local book signing appears to be at Diesel Books of Malibu on June 28, 2009 at 3:00 pm (3890 Cross Creek Road) You can buy it online here to have it read before the next time you see him around town!
