El Tarasco Mexican Food

El Tarasco gets overlooked by many of the tourists in Venice as they amble a few doors down to Baja Cantina, but when you need a quick meal, El Tarasco is the place on Washington Blvd. to head to. Not much on decor, El Tarasco makes up for it with quick service and cheap eats. There is also outdoor dining and they serve beer and wine! Our fav is the “junior super deluxe” with carne asada, but the breakfast burritos which are served all day come in a close second.

  • Tarasco catered my wedding.
We got married 3 years ago, and we love this place as locals. So we walked in the day of our wedding and ordered 80 dinner plates. It was the easiest part and to this day my friend’s love that I picked the local place we all love.
Over the years we’ve tried almost everything here, but the best part is the nice people who work there.
