Earlier this year Councilmember Mike Bonin announced an 18-point plan to end homelessness in Venice. As the plan moves forward, Bonin wants neighborhood input.
Venice has one of the largest concentrations of homeless people in Los Angeles with more than 1,000 people unhoused.
On Thursday September 8 there will be a community meeting at Westminster Elementary, 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice. Neighbors are welcome to come learn more about what is happening and have their say. The meeting is planned to run from 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
