Missing Person in Venice Beach: Nancy Barrett

Have you seen Nancy Barrett? The Barrett family is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the whereabouts of Nancy Barrett. The family has received news of several possible sightings of Nancy in the Venice area and need your help!

Barrett was last seen on July 14, 2010 around 4:45 p.m. in the area of her home in the 2600 block of Grand Canal Court in the Venice area.

Barrett moved from her apartment to her car which was parked in front her former home. She then abandoned her car and possessions and left the area and has not been seen or heard from since her departure. Her family is extremely concerned for her welfare.

Barrett is described as a 52-year-old white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She may have been wearing green cargo pants and a tan sweater. She may be in the Venice Beach or Santa Monica area.

Anyone who has seen, or may have information regarding Barrett’s whereabouts is asked to contact the LAPD Missing Persons Unit: (213) 996-1800.

During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7.
