The Cairo Cowboy Mediterranean Grill will open at 46 Windward (previously the Bondi BBQ location) in mid July. Cairo Cowboy appears be the first brick and mortar location for the owners of the Kabob N’ Roll food truck.
The owners promise “authentic Mediterranean and Backyard BBQ”, featuring hummus, falafel, burgers, salads and gyros. Check their food truck website for a similar menu!
