Gjelina Take Away (GTA) started it’s “soft” opening a week or so ago. I went by there twice in the past week and asked to take some pictures (including one of the menu on the counter) but was asked not to. If anyone has eaten there feel free to comment on the menu in the forums!

Sounds like Gjelina is doing well, as the kitchen staff has grown from about 10 to nearly 50 people and “on any given Saturday, from morning to night, 1,000 people will have filled the 100-seat restaurant. “That’s 10 turns with a small margin for error,” Lett says.”
