Abandoned vehicle blocking multiple parking spaces

A school passenger bus painted white with expired tags and multiple tickets seems abandoned as of April 15.
Apparently a family was living in the vehicle, but it is now vacant and abandoned.
According to sources the bus has been parked in the same location for months.
Because there are no restrooms, when occupied individuals were urinating on the grass side of the walkway.
