Have kids? Halloween is coming up and you will need a lot of pumpkins! So far, the best prices that I have seen around Venice are the $3.98 and $5.98 deals that Home Depot on Jefferson has for “carving” pumpkins. Ralphs is in second place, theirs are about a dollar more per pumpkin.
If you want to get a bit more adventuresome, head up the 1 to the McGrath Street Pumpkin Patch in Oxnard. The pumpkin farm not only looks great, but they have a ton of activities for kids on weekends.
