The Venice Neighborhood Council Land Use and Planning Committee will meet this evening at the Oakwood Recreation Center from 6:45-9 pm.
Projects to be discussed include 1414 Main Street, a cellular phone tower at 101 Dudley, proposed mixed use development with a restaurant at the old Broadway Gymnastics building at 812 Main Street formerly, a multi-family building at 709 5th Ave and a proposal to change 1420 Abbot Kinney from a single family dwelling into retail / office/ food-to-go space.
