It appears that the City of LA has responded to resident complaints concerning safety at the intersection of Lincoln and Palms and are installing a stoplight.
In December of 2009 a woman was killed at the crosswalk. There have been multiple accidents at the intersection, which services 7-11, Staples and Lincoln Hardware.
