There is a new Yoga place in Venice called YogaPoser. Tonight, they will be offering a free “AssKicker” class from 6-7:30 pm. (Since I was a bit late in posting this, you might want to see if they have a free introductory course at another date my emailing them here.)

We opened in the spring. YogaPoser is doing a fresh take on a yoga studio, with a whole-living approach to practicing yoga. In addition to yoga asana classes, YogaPoser teaches clean eating and other lifestyle choices of interest to the yoga practitioner.
Workshops include everything from anatomy to philosophy. YogaPoser wants to take its students’ practices to the next level, whether that means starting from scratch to practicing yoga for the first time; or if that means working towards becoming a yoga teacher; or something in between.
