Jimmy Cliff, Meshell Ndegeocello and The English Beat will be featured acts during the 2013 Santa Monica Pier Twilight Concert Series.
The 29th annual summer series, which features free concerts on Thursday evenings at the Santa Monica Pier, will begin on July 11th.
