As part of the new documentary film “Roller Dreams“, there will be a reunion for the Venice Beach “roller dancers” of the 70’s and 80’s today at 2 pm at the roller skating circle near the Venice Skatepark.
“Roller Dreams”, a documentary by Venetians Kate Hickey and Diana Ward, has been filming the skaters for the last three years, searching out and interviewing the original roller dancers as well as the person that invented the outdoor skate and the man that made the first boom box.
