A fire at a two-story commercial building in Venice damaged one business Sunday night, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. No one was injured.
The fire at 52 E. Windward Ave. was reported at 7:43 p.m., said Katherine Main of the LAFD.
Thirty-six firefighters responded and knocked down the flames in 17
minutes, confining the damage to one unit inside the building, she said.
It is unclear what type of business was damaged.
The cause and estimated monetary loss was under investigation, Main said.
