On Saturday, October 26th, ZJ Boarding House will host the 6th annual Haunted Heats, a Halloween Surf Contest at Tower 26 on Santa Monica State Beach (at the end of Ocean Park Blvd) starting at 8am. This is an all ages, all skill level, ‘fun first’ contest where you can only compete with a costume. Spectators are always welcome!
Being a ‘fun first’ type of contest, your skill level is not critical in this contest. You can be a beginner or a seasoned pro and still have a chance to win the big prize; just make sure your costume is top notch! Entry is FREE for contestants that are under 18! Adults pay $10 to enter! Food and drinks will be served!
