The property at the North West corner of Ocean Ave and Washington that was home to Teramai Body Boutique (3015 Ocean), Vaneyde’s Tailoring (3017 Ocean), Ocean Electrolysis (3019 Ocean) and Rudolf Valentina Tailoring (3021 Ocean) is being converted back into a residential property.
The property, which was granted a temporary commercial usage permit nearly twenty years ago, never had the correct commercial usage paperwork finalized due to parking issues. As such, the four-plex will be fixed up and returned to residential housing to comply with LAHD code, as will the duplex to the west of it.
