M.A.D.E. Venice will host an EP release party for singer – songwriter Lyric Everly’s “Pure Honey” album this Saturday, March 31st. Admission is free!
Everly, a Venice resident by way of Oregon, will be performing with a string quartet. There will also be special dance performances, a complimentary candy station, photo booth and more! $1 from each EP sold during the party will be donated to the urban bee keepers organization HoneyLove.
About Lyric and Pure Honey:
Lyric Everly has been featured, along with her original compositions, on HGTV’s House Hunters, a CBS Reality Show called Jingles (a Mark Burnett Production); has opened for Jo Dee Messina, The Doobie Brothers, and The Beach Boys, and has performed the National Anthem for the Portland Trailblazers, Oregon Ducks, and Seattle Supersonics.
All 7 songs on the Pure Honey EP were self-penned by Everly and the project was initially funded via Kickstarter.
Pure Honey was Produced by Carl Miner, 1999 National Flatpicking Champion, and current member of the twice-Grammy-nominated band, The Greencards , Engineered by Chad Carlson (Taylor Swift, Jewel, Trisha Yearwood), and features members of the Lyle Lovett Band, Mumford & Sons, Futureman’s Black Mozart Ensemble, Little Big Town, and Faith Hill’s Band.
