My neighbor’s car just got towed for an unpaid parking ticket because there is a white van going around scanning everyone’s license plates on the streets in Venice today.
It drives real slow and has a video camera on the roof. If you’re parked on the street today big brother is watching! Apparently if you see them coming for your car and you get inside it before they hook it up they can’t take it.
