It is time to register for the Venice Arts Media Arts Summer Camp, which is FREE for low-income families! The camp runs from July 5-30, 2010.
From Venice Arts:
Media Arts Camp (ages 10-18) – Sign-up for 1 week or for all 4 weeks!
Each week, in a 3-hour a day intensive workshop, you will explore a different aspect of photography, filmmaking, animation, or comics, and take a field trip or go on a field shoot. You can enroll in any week that interests you or for all 4 weeks.
Note: Morning camp is geared toward ages 10-13 and afternoon Camp ages 14-18.
Art Discovery Camp (ages 6-9) – Sign-up for all 4 weeks!
In Art Discovery, explore painting, drawing, collage, sculpture, and more. Art Discovery meets twice per week for all four weeks: Mondays & Wednesdays for ages 6-7 and Tuesday & Thursday for ages 8-9.
