The building at Washington and Dell that was an office building converted into condos started by the Lennar Family of Builders as “Pier Pointe Living” in 2007 got some new signage today saying it is now called “Latitude 33” and is being brokered by Andy McMullen at SCO advisors. The building has sat dormant for over a year, halted mid construction.
