Over on our facebook page Justin hipped us to the Laist post that there will be some DUI checkpoints this weekend around town, with one of them tomorrow night in Venice at Lincoln Boulevard and Lucille Avenue between 7:30-3am.
Remember when getting your drink on, stay away from your vehicles! Seriously peoples, these days having just one drink in an hour can put you in the pokey … two definitely so .. and as we learned from a friend if you happen to get in a fender bender it is game over as you null and void your insurance. Heck, if you really have your swerve on, don’t even get on your bicycle as you can get a DUI on one of those, and could end up with an $8,240 ticket.
