Out about on a walk with Keri yesterday, we stopped to check out the new sculpture donated by Robert Graham and Roy Doumani to Venice that is now at home in the Windward Circle. I think that the official unveiling is this weekend. There has been some opposition to the statue, which seems overzealous. If anything, there should be opposition to the fact that the center island of the circle is still barren and fugly, even with the addition of this new piece. I’d like the placement of the piece in the center of the circle, twenty feet wide and fifty feet high. That would be impressive!Click here to see the torso at 4 Yawl Street before it went up!- Bret
