Tomorrow afternoon starting at noon, The Santa Monica Museum of Art will host the third annual Cause for Creativity: Tour da Arts cultural bike event.
Beat the pump, cycle the town, and enjoy Santa Monica’s sights and sounds. Participate in a spoke-card workshop and a scenic ride with stops for music, dance, and art along the way. The ride culminates at SMMoA with the Bicycle Bell Ensemble – a tuneful collaborative performance. The Tour da Arts activities run from 12 – 7 pm, with FREE admission to the ride and festivities. The spoke card art workshop admission is $5 and the activities are open to all ages. The ring of your free bicycle bell is an instrumental part of the musical grand finale – the Bicycle Bell Ensemble!
All riders receive a FREE bicycle bell and the first 150 riders to register and check-in receive a FREE Tour da Arts bicycle bag. All stops on the tour will last about 30 minutes. The full bike route is approximately 7 miles at an easy pace.
Stop 1 – ART (Noon – 2 pm)
