4 Foods That Will Make Your Skin Glow

Eating dark chocolate that is at least 75% cacao will offer you the glowing skin that you desire, protection from oxidative stress that encourages aging, and satisfaction for that sweet tooth. 

The Importance of A Healthy Lifestyle
