Fire last night at #4 20th, all photos and video courtesy of Venice Paparazzi. Fire was out within 17 minutes of Fire Station 63’s arrival. Man was rescued from balcony. According to the LAFD Alert System, “No FF injuries. 2 civilian patients total. 1 adult male transported to local hospital with minor injuries. 2nd pt, an adult female treated for minor injuries & released at the scene. Fire cause is under investigation. ” We spoke with Erik Scott of LAFD, but they are busy handling a blaze in Pacific Palisades at the moment. 3:21:29 AM*UPDATE: 4 E 20th Ave* Knockdown. 46 FF knocked down the fire in 17 min. Fire contained to 1 unit with no extension to the floors above. Fire location corrected to the second floor.
