Music and Motion Productions (MuMo) has moved into 211 Windward, the building that formerly housed composer Harry Gregson-Williams’ studio. Music and Motion is a one-stop service company for motion pictures, commercials, video games and ballet that handles the entire spectrum of musical needs, from music supervision to original score.
Co-founders Steve Dzialowski and composer Lucas Vidal, who hail from Belgium and Spain, respectively, first met as students at the Berklee College of Music. Their recent work includes feature films The Raven, The Cold Light of Day and Mientras Duermas. They are currently working on the sequel to a big action movie, but asked that I not name it.
Dzialowski says that he and Lucas “are delighted to have relocated our facilities to Venice. Everyone has been extremely nice so far and we are looking forward to be part of the community.”
The company works on projects with all types of budgets, so if you are in production, give them a call! Nothing beats walking or biking over to your composer’s studio!
