Looks like the Proposition O “Low Flow Diversion Upgrade” they were working on back in March of 2010 didn’t work out so well. Windward is flooding just like it did before they “fixed” it.
The City may want to call the contractors and say “whaddup with that” before it floods some homes like it has done before! Imagine what a few days (or a week) of rain is going to do!
Update: Arturo Piña of Councilman Rosendahl’s office says that the city’s Watershed Protection team is now on site and monitoring the situation!
