Don’t know what the iPhone tracking app is? It was discovered that the iPhone and 3G iPad is regularly recording the position of your device into a hidden file. Ever since iOS 4 arrived, your device has been storing a long list of locations and time stamps. Apple says the devices are “maintaining a database of Wi-Fi hotspots and cell towers around your current location, some of which may be located more than one hundred miles away from your iPhone, to help your iPhone rapidly and accurately calculate its location when requested.” Click here to read more from Apple about this.
