Just in from the “get ready for more helicopters and paparazzi” department:
From the LA Times:
L.A. prosecutors have formally charged Lindsay Lohan with felony grand theft in connection with a necklace she allegedly stole from a Venice jewelry store. In the criminal complaint, prosecutors said they want a DNA sample and fingerprint sample from Lohan. “Willful refusal to provide the samples and impressions is a crime,” the complaint said.
She will be arraigned Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Airport Courthouse.
