My friend and I were walking to dinner at C&O Trattoria last night and noticed that the cross-walk lights on the southwest corner of Pacific and Washington had been messed with so that one looked like a middle finger and the other looked like a peace sign.

I think it must have been done by a street artist as it looks a little too perfect to be just malfunctioning signs.
