Abbot Kinney has a new eyeglass store located next to the Gjelina Annex and it is called A.Kinney Court, an “optical eyewear gallery“. We are pretty sure in layman’s terms that this means they are slinging sunglasses and other frames for glasses, but with nice overhead light on them. We will report back on this next time we stop in.
The store features KBL Eyewear, Mykita and Thierry Lasry as well as shoes and clothes by Becca Moon and LnA. A big part of the offerings at the store are vintage Oliver Peoples frames, as the store was opened by Oliver Peoples founder Larry Leight’s 25 year old son Garrett Leight.
