The new building sitting at Abbot Kinney and Venice has had the entire bottom floor available for lease for months now (4-5?). I tried to call up the broker, Meryl Hare at 310-451-8171 x229 to ask for some square footage rates so I could throw them down here, but their phone system just kept hanging up on me and the operator option bounces to a collective voice mail. Maybe if they figured out the sign has one extension listed, the agent listing in their phone directory has another and the operator doesn’t seem to be around they may possibly be able to rent the space out. I’ll try back tomorrow or … uhh .. maybe not.
