Elco Welding on Abbott Kinney is one of those places you walk by and always crane your neck to see what interesting things are sitting around. Old roadsters abound … plenty of great old porcelain signs … do-dad’s and more. Keri needs to motivate on down to Elco to get that long promised fire pit fabricated!
Some more pictures of Elco can be found at culturesponge’s photostream.

This place is the sh*t if you need something put back-together. We have a vintage chair and they made sure it was never going to come apart again. If you don’t need anything welded, at least pop in and look around. It’s like something out of an Indiana Jones’ movie.
where exactly is this located? between what streets?
Northeast corner of Venice and Abbot Kinney. One building down on Abbot Kinney… Can’t miss it.
