While some areas saw more than eight inches of badly needed rain during the last storms, eventually it is the coastal areas off of Los Angeles that are left “holding the bag” on the garbage that has been dumped by the inlanders.

If you have small children, do not let them play unattended at the beach! Teens and adults need to use caution about the random items that may pop up before them! You never know what will wash up on the shore after a big storm!
Fortunately, this hypodermic needle looks relatively unused, rather than having the appearance of a capless junkies needle. It is unfortunate that this needle is even on the sand near the Venice Pier!
