Now that Thanksgiving is over and December is upon us, we can talk about holiday events!
The LAPD “Santa Sleigh” will be touring around Venice on Monday, December 2nd, and Monday December 9th, this year! Meet up with the sleigh at the meeting points below and you can take pictures of your kids with Santa! It is a fun event and the kids really do love it!

Santa’s itinerary for Monday, December 2nd:
4:30 PM – Oakwood Area ending at Oakwood Recreation Center (767 California)
6:00 PM – Olive St at Wilson Ave
7:00 PM – Clune Ave north of Washington Blvd (Mid-Block)
8:00 PM – Shell Ave at Superba Ave
These Stop Times can vary 15 to 30 minutes.

3:30 PM- Short Ave Elementary School
5:00 PM – Oxford Triangle (Thatcher Ave at Howard St)
6:30 PM – Kenyon Ave and Louise Ave
8:00 PM – Playa Vista (Concert park on Runway Rd)

The Santa Sleigh and accompanying LAPD cars are loud! Tell your neighbors so no one is alarmed! Please listen for sirens, music and flashing police lights.
Santa will stop for pictures, so bring your camera!
The Sleigh will not be out if it is raining!
