For the second time this week, hazardous materials crews from the City of Los Angeles cleaned up 3rd street near Rose today, removing human waste from the sidewalks at what is now commonly referred to City-wide as “Skid-Rose”. The cleanup started at around 11:30am.
Homeless activist David Busch was arrested after refusing to vacate a “permanent” makeshift “porta-potty” on the sidewalk that consisted of a camping tent with 5 gallon buckets to hold human waste inside.
Although Busch was arrested, it was a peaceful protest and Hazmat cleanup of 3rd was able to resume.
More information when we get it.
