Get your best “back to school” attire ready to party for a good cause this weekend! The Santa Monica based nonprofit Thinking About Tomorrow (TAT) will be hosting their last large fundraiser of the year on July 30th before giving out 500 backpacks and 20 laptops to LAUSD foster children as part of their “back to school” program.
The LA Center Studios’ Vortex Immersion Dome will be transformed into an adult playground with live music handled by Mansions on the Moon, The Paul Chesne Band and Sleeper with support from DJs Lou E Bagels, Emagine, Christi Mills and Roman Nuñez. Jules Muck, EASO and Jon Nimetz will be doing live painting.
All proceeds from this event will benefit Thinking About Tomorrow’s “back to school” program that helps students prepare for school and college with all the right tools. TAT brings together young professionals to directly impact the community by improving the quality of life of our neighbors. Get involved by clicking here!
